The AddPrep Total RNA Extraction Kit is a product designed for the extraction of RNA from various samples, including whole blood, animal tissue, mammalian cells, biological fluids, and plant tissue. When extracted using this kit, 5 ~ 30 μg of total RNA can be extracted. Additionally, by adding a process for removing DNA during the RNA extraction process, this kit allows to obtain DNA-free RNA. The total RNA extracted with this product can be applied in various molecular biology experiments, such as RT-PCR and RT-qPCR.
