Description :

The AddScript cDNA Synthesis Kit is a product containing components that can synthesize cDNA from RNA. This product consists of Enzyme Solution, Reaction Buffer, dNTP mixture, Oligo dT, and Random Hexamer. The Enzyme Solution contains thermostable MMLV Reverse Transcriptase (RNaseH-) and RNase Inhibitor. When synthesizing cDNA using the AddScript cDNA Synthesis Kit, it is possible to synthesize up to approximately 3 kb. While performing PCR using the cDNA, cDNA can be added up to 30% of the PCR volume without any issues with reactivity when using our AddStart Taq DNA Polymerase and AddStart Taq Master (2x conc.).
